Description From Owner:
- 12 mi SW of Charlottetown in Lot 30. Settled in early 1800s from Argyllshire, Scotland. In 1791 the vessel Argyle brought 150 Scots to PEI. P.O. 1875-1914.
- The day use Argyle Shore Provincial Park has showers, toilets and picnic facilities. This coastline is one of the best for trying to catch a glimpse of the 'Phantom Ship of Northumberland Strait.'
